ok here is....
the ingredient to make the donut;
* flours 500gram
*butter 100gram
*flour sugar 100gram
u guys can u any sugar u want..but i use flor sugar cause its more soft n white^^..
the huge one is flours,,,,,and the small white one is sugar lol:P
*milk 27gram
i use one pack of milk...more easy lol:p
*baking powder 1 small pack
*bread softerner 1 small pack
*fragrance 1 tea spoon only
cause just for make it fragrance only
the yellow one is the fragrance one,,,remember just 1 tea spoon
* 3 eggs
*1 onion
cause we making fish donut,,,dont forget about the fish lol
* 1 can of sardine fish
ok now we ready to make it???
lets start:)
at 1st peel the onion,wash it then slice the onion
ok then open ur sardine can n pour it into frying pan
dun forget to put in the onion in it also:)
destroy the sardine fish into small pieces with ur spatula^^
it make u more easy when u fill n wrap the donut later
cook it till the water of the sardine fish getting dry
its look like this if its done
lol i know its not look like fish lol..cause we already destroy it lol:P
ok we start making the donut:)
at 1st pour flour,sugar,butter.baking powder,fragrance,softerner,milk into container
and for the eggs..crack it n just take the yolk,,,remember the yolk only..pour it into container also
and the wash hand ur hand 1st...lol make sure ur hands is clean if u dun want get tummyache when u eat it n diarrhea lol....
here is done of mix it all by magic hands lol:P
make sure the dough its gentle....
divided it into two sections
the 1st section,,,
we start cut the dough into some pieces
take one put on ur palm
and use ur another hand to make it flat
then take one lil spoon of fish....put it on
after that start wrap it
with make the section meet each other
n press it
n make sure the fish wont go out when u fry it later
repeat it after all the dough u finish it^^
after that we still have another section of dough remember??
we making the ring donut
press the dough into flat
then take ur donut mold
start print the donut
and it will be like this
the donut mold u can buy in cake shop or bread shop^^
u finish making the donuts:)
its look like this when u finish it all
after that get ready to heat ur pan
n pour the cooking oil
let it heat then
put ur ring donut in
start fry it and we wait for a while
if the color is golden.... not too brown or it get burn n bitter when u eat it lol!!!..if it golden...pick it up
then we put in the fish donut
we wait again for a while..
if getting golden color..pick it up
and we done
TADAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
and this is how the inside of fish donut look:)
